This policy covers vehiloop.com, the marketing website. It explains what we collect when you browse the site or ask for a demo, why we hold it, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you book a demo we collect the name, email address, shop name, shop website, and message you type into the form. Alongside it the form sends context about how you arrived: the campaign tags on your first visit, the referring site without its query string, the first page you landed on, and up to five recent pages you viewed on vehiloop.com. That context is held in your browser until the form is sent. We also receive standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, and product analytics events describing which pages were viewed.
Why we hold it
Demo requests are used to contact you, prepare a quote, and answer questions about the product. Analytics and logs are used to understand which pages are useful, to keep the site working, and to detect abuse of the contact form. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
Demo requests are delivered by email to the VehiLoop team. Product analytics are processed by PostHog. Spam protection, where enabled, is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Each of these providers processes the data on our behalf under their own terms, and some of them operate outside your country.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept while we are in contact with you and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records. Analytics events are retained according to our PostHog project settings. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will act on that request. You can block analytics with a browser setting or extension, and clearing your browser storage removes the arrival context described above before it is ever sent. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law.
